Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the full R&D lifecycle of biomedical materials; independently take charge of core technical work including formula development, raw material selection, preparation process development and multi-dimensional performance verification. Draw up project R&D plans, control the schedule and technical indicators of each phase, and ensure the on-time delivery of R&D projects.
2. Fully preside over pre-clinical technical research of products; independently design and implement complete test protocols for in-vitro performance testing and in-vivo animal evaluation. Conduct in-depth analysis of experimental data, iteratively optimize material performance in a targeted manner, and fully comply with all technical specifications for Class III medical device registration.
3. Liaise with third-party testing institutions and clinical cooperation partners, and coordinate test arrangements for product safety and efficacy evaluation. Cooperate with the registration team to organize complete original R&D records, validation reports and other technical documents to support the progress of registration applications.
4. Continuously research cutting-edge technologies, industry standards and pharmaceutical regulatory rules for biomedical polymers and in-vivo adhesive materials. Implement new processes and new material solutions into new product development and iteration of existing products to build technical advantages of products.
5. Collaborate closely with the production department to carry out process pilot tests and process transfer, and realize the industrial transformation and implementation of R&D achievements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including registration, clinical and production teams to advance technical alignment of projects; coordinate basic internal work within the R&D team, and complete other R&D-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Medicinal Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Materials, Pharmaceutics, Biomedical Engineering or other related disciplines; with no less than 5 years of hands-on frontline R&D experience in biomedical materials.
2. Proven full-cycle R&D experience in similar products such as in-vivo medical tissue adhesives and soft tissue closure consumables. Familiar with physicochemical properties of materials, complete preparation processes and minimally invasive interventional clinical application scenarios; well-versed in medical device development procedures and registration compliance regulations.
3. Outstanding independent hands-on R&D capability; able to independently complete full test design, test execution and data analysis, and independently tackle complex technical challenges covering formula, biocompatibility, process stability and other fields.
4. Capable of coordinating technical resources such as R&D materials and equipment, and accurately controlling project R&D progress and product quality. Hands-on experience in process scale-up and transfer of R&D processes to mass production is preferred; candidates with complete experience of commercialized listed consumable projects will be given priority.
5. Solid basic communication and teamwork skills; able to smoothly coordinate with registration, clinical, production and other departments to realize the implementation of technical alignment.

1. Strategy Formulation & Direction Control: In-depth analyze market trends, policies & regulations, competitive landscape and shifts in customer demands of the peripheral venous market. Formulate market strategic plans and executable marketing initiatives based on the company’s product technical advantages and resource status, defining target markets, differentiated positioning and core value proposition.
2. Take overall charge of the Marketing Department (including market research, branding, product marketing, marketing events, etc.) — optimize organizational structure, reconstruct workflows and upgrade team capabilities. Cultivate, motivate and manage the team, clarify individual job responsibilities, and boost team morale and execution capacity.
3. Market Insight & Customer Management: Establish a systematic market intelligence collection and analysis system to monitor competitors’ developments, pricing strategies and policy updates, and adjust countermeasures in a timely manner. Gain thorough understanding of pain points and decision-making processes of core customers (hospitals and distributors).
4. Review and strengthen brand positioning, highlight key messaging, and build differentiated brand perception.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; Majors in Marketing, Medicine or related disciplines are preferred.
2. Over 8 years of marketing experience in medical device industry; Candidates with a minimum of 3 years specialized experience in peripheral vascular implantation field are preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of comprehensive management experience leading a marketing team.
4. In-depth understanding of China’s healthcare market landscape, channel characteristics, clinician behavior and policy environment (including the impact of volume-based procurement).
5. Possess strategic thinking and commercial acumen, strong leadership and change management capabilities, excellent communication and influence skills. Proactive, responsible and entrepreneurial.

2. Deliver professional product value to customers, provide implantable product solutions matching clinical demands, promote clinical implantation and application of products, and maintain sound customer relationships.
3. Follow up the whole sales process including contract signing, order execution and payment collection tracking to ensure smooth sales procedures and improve payment recovery rate.
4. Collect regional market trends, competitor information and customer feedback, submit regular reports and assist in optimizing product promotion strategies.
5. Assist in technical support and training related to product implantation, and participate in on-site work such as surgical support.
6. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by supervisors and cooperate with the team to carry out marketing activities.
Job Requirements
1. College diploma or above; Majors in Clinical Medicine, Medical Devices, Nursing and other related disciplines are preferred. Candidates with 1–2 years of medical device sales experience are preferred.
2. Motivated and goal-oriented; able to undertake frequent customer visits and business trips, and adapt to high-intensity sales workload.
3. Diligent and meticulous with good communication skills; capable of quickly building trust with hospitals and distributors.
4. Quick learner, willing to deeply acquire product knowledge and clinical application scenarios of implantable medical devices.
