Job Responsibilities
1. Handle daily corporate capital receipt and payment business, verify payment and receipt documents to ensure accurate capital flow; register and prepare daily capital reports, update capital income and expenditure details, and feedback capital dynamics.
2. Manage full-process invoice work including invoice issuance, verification, collection and safekeeping, and strictly comply with tax regulations and company rules.
3. Assist accountants in sorting and filing all kinds of original financial vouchers, and complete basic auxiliary accounting work.
4. Be responsible for all financial field work including bank, tax and administration for industry and commerce businesses, to ensure smooth completion of external services.
5. Complete other finance-related auxiliary tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Education: College diploma or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields.
2. Certificates: Candidates with Primary Accounting Professional Title Certificate are preferred.
3. Work Experience: 1–2 years relevant working experience as Cashier or Finance Assistant is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Competencies: Familiar with basic financial workflows, basic business of invoicing, tax affairs and bank external services; proficient in Office software. Meticulous, rigorous and responsible, with good communication skills and execution ability, steady working style, and strictly abide by financial confidentiality regulations.
