These Terms of Use apply to websites owned and operated by Shanghai EndoVas Medical Technologies Co., Ltd. (collectively “EndoVas Medical,” “the Company,” or “we”). For any questions about the EndoVas Medical group websites and any websites owned or managed by members of the EndoVas Medical group (“Websites”) or website operations, please contact the contact person listed at the end of these Terms of Use.

Your use of the Websites after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the terms. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.

If prior approval is granted, we may permit text links, but such links must point to the homepage of the specific website owned by the EndoVas Medical group company you wish to link to, not to any other specific page within that website, unless you have obtained our prior written consent.
We enjoy hearing from our customers. However, we do not accept or consider any ideas, suggestions, or other materials relating to products, services, or marketing unless we have expressly requested them. Therefore, please do not send us any original materials such as product ideas or suggestions. These websites provide general information about various medical conditions and treatments and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. As with any surgical or medical procedure, your physician will provide you with the most useful information and advice.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For any action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use and their subject matter, you and we irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in China. You and we waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, residence, improper venue, or forum non conveniens in any such action.
Nothing on the Websites shall be construed as granting, by estoppel, implication, or otherwise, any license or any intellectual property right, including any rights in any trademarks or copyrights owned by us or any third party. All trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners.
